I Am What I Choose to Become PTSD & Survivor Awareness Mug

Your past is part of your story. It doesn't get to write every chapter.

Some days, even the smallest reminder of your own strength can mean something.

This PTSD and sexual assault survivor awareness coffee mug features a teal awareness ribbon and the words, "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become."

It's a message about identity, healing, and the freedom to decide what comes next. Not because the past disappears, but because there's so much more to a person than what they've experienced.

Whether you're a survivor, living with PTSD, or supporting someone you love, this mug offers a quiet reminder that your story is still yours.
