Welcome to Awareness Warriors. By visiting our store at awarenesswarriors.com or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Our products

Most of our products are made to order — they are produced for you after you place your order. Production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Product photos are digital mockups of the finished item. Because each item is printed to order, minor variations in color or design placement can occur during the printing process. These normal variations are not defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Your order is complete once payment is confirmed.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide — including your shipping address — is accurate. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced free of charge, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will replace it or refund you, as described in our Refund Policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, and images in this store belong to Awareness Warriors or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with the store's operation or security, and not to submit false or misleading information.

Errors and inaccuracies

We work hard to keep product information accurate, but occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Awareness Warriors is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
